Project SAMAGRA
NMP+ is the Sub-Recipient (SR) for 'SAMAGRA', a Global Fund project dedicated to improving the survival and quality of life for PLHIV. The project involves managing 41 Care & Support Centers (CSCs) across Maharashtra, providing technical support to Mumbai and Goa SACS to enhance treatment outcomes.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial management and ensure timely disbursement of funds to SSR NGOs/DLNs.
• Collaborate with the Programme Manager to develop budgets and regular reports for Alliance India.
• Maintain all financial records and transactions in Tally.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal requirements and donor regulations.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to SSRs alongside the programme team.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounts or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel (40-50% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop monitoring & evaluation plans and reporting systems.
• Validate partner reports and ensure high data quality.
• Identify training needs and provide on-site capacity building for SSR teams.

Responsibilities: Ensure site-wise activities and NCD screening targets are met. Coordinate with ART Centers and roll out patient self-care literacy materials.

Role: Lead advocacy, coordinate ART-CSC services, and oversee M&E reporting.

Package: ₹10,000 (Salary) + ₹5,500 (Comms & Travel) = ₹15,500/- PM.

Responsibilities: Facilitate youth engagement and mobilization for project awareness and healthcare access.
